We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling as defined under Art. 22 GDPR.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with:

• Email service providers solely for the purpose of delivering your message to us
• Legal or regulatory authorities if required by law

Any third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 9 revDSG and Art. 28 GDPR.

If personal data is transferred to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA, we ensure an adequate level of protection through standard contractual clauses approved by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the European Commission.

Under the revDSG and GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access (Art. 25 revDSG / Art. 15 GDPR): You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification (Art. 32 revDSG / Art. 16 GDPR): You may request correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure (Art. 32 revDSG / Art. 17 GDPR): You may request deletion of your personal data where there is no legal basis for continued processing.
• Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request that we restrict processing of your data.
• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
